hahahahahahahahaha~~~maybe tat's y pple always cut their hair before the exams starts so... for those who have long hair and felt that you are unable to remember what you have studied (since mid term test is near) a hair cut might be nice XD...

Rumor:heard tat PAP (People Action Party) once use the same excuse to promote neat and trim hair cut.. cos at that time hippies is actually going against PAP motto of white shirt, neat hair, and obey authority..
